Travel Video Productions offer Standard Shipping and Priority Mail for it's Canadian customers. International orders are shipped via Federal Express. When Federal Express is not available, we reserve the right to ship orders by Airmail or UPS. Due to the high cost of shipping to some parts of the world, we may also elect to cancel orders billed to credit cards unless shipping charges are billed directly to customer's FedEx or similar account. The customer is responsible for all additional costs for international shipments such as customs, tariffs, and taxes.
